Coronavirus Announcement - We are Open!
WE ARE REMAINING OPEN.
Following the most recent government announcement Medical Services are remaining open. We completely understand if you wish to cancel and not attend - for those people we are offering virtual appointments still.
All persons attending the clinic MUST use the hand sanitiser provided or wash their hands in the patient bathroom provided.
We will continue to wear PPE and continue with our cleaning protocols throughout the day.
As clinicians we are required to wear personal protective equipment for every session, this includes a mask, gloves and an apron. This is because the majority of our session is conducted within the 2m social distancing bubble. Whilst we currently do not have to wear Visors please ask if you would like us to wear one, we have them on hand to utilise.
We also have a duty of care to inform you if we are suffering with any symptoms or start to show any since seeing you. If this happens we will contact you.
Unfortunately Pip Latham (Sports Therapist) is unable to remain open however appointments with Chris McClure (Podiatrist) can continue throughout the lockdown. Please contact us if you have any questions.

'I have been regularly attending sessions with Ros Wills @ Stonegallows Physiotherapy for the past 2 years.
Over a decade ago I had a nasty fall, resulting in 13 orthopaedic surgeries and a ‘permanently’ attached Ilizarov frame for almost 3 years. I also lost an inch from my lower leg and suffered 50 % loss of flexibility in my foot.
In the ensuing years I spent an inordinate amount of time and expense visiting numerous physios for continual ‘maintenance’ to avoid the worsening of an already chronic problem and with the exception of one very experienced lady (who is now too far away to visit), I became increasingly unhappy with their techniques with little confidence in their abilities to best treat my specific needs.
Then, on moving to Somerset, I discovered Ros and thankfully finally found someone who quickly understood and consequently I have had no reason to look for anyone else.
Well done Ros…!' E Powell
'I Got referred to Emily through my work after waking up with stiffness in the middle of my back. Instantly she found the problem from how I described and worked to ease the stiffness and help mobility through every session I had as well as explaining to me the problem, why it’s happening and how, as well as giving me exercises and stretches to help ease and prevent it worsening. I have used different physios in the past having suffered from other back problems but this by far has be the most informative and beneficial one on helping me back to normality! I couldn’t recommend Emily just for her knowledge as well as finding the problem instantly! Thanks again!' Mr B
'I found Emily to be very friendly, professional and experienced. Best of all, a painful neck problem that I have had for nearly 3 years is now very much improved - something that I really didn't believe was possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would like to say a big thank you!' Mrs W
'Small but very effective practice. Really listened to what was going on with my knee and explained each step of the recovery in order that I understood what was involved and how things worked... Brilliant service.' Mrs R
'I have been seeking treatment at Stonegallows for a variety of physical ailments on and off for about ten years. Each time I have visited Ros and, more recently, Emily, they have gone straight to the root of the problem, successfully treated it and then recommended a programme of exercises aimed at minimizing the risk of recurrence. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism with which they have approached each incident. I have also found great clarity in their explanations of the problem and its treatment.' Mr P
