Methods of Payment
We accept cash, card and online payments for self-paying customers.

Physiotherapy
Sessions are £52.50 and up to 30, payable in advance when booking online. Our follow up sessions are also £52.50. ​
Our longer sessions are up to 60 mins and £72.50

Sports Massage
60 Minutes - £55.00
30 Minutes - £40.00

We politely request at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend your appointment please. There is a cancellation fee applicable for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please note all refunds are subject to a £1.00 processing fee.

Online booking is currently available for standard physio and sports massage sessions alongside class bookings. If you are claiming though your medical insurance company and wish to book online we recommend checking ahead with us to ensure we work with your specific insurer.

Medical Insurance
We are registered with most major insurance companies, however please check before booking/attending your appointment.
​
Please note: We are no longer able to directly bill Bupa. If you wish to claim through Bupa for your treatment you will be required to pay upfront and submit a claim personally.

Please note sports massage is not usually covered by medical insurance companies.
