Important COVID-19 information
As you are aware the current Covid-19 situation has meant that our practices within the clinic have changed. We will have spoken to you on the phone and given you some information about visiting making sure that an appointment is necessary.
We have removed most soft furnishings and changed our clinic rooms to be as safe as possible whilst still providing a quality service.
All person attending the clinic MUST use the hand sanitiser provided or wash their hands in the patient bathroom provided and wear a mask in the building, unless medically exempt.
The rooms have been altered to allow effective cleaning at the start of the day, between clients and at the end of the day, all surfaces are wipeable and where equipment is used this is also cleaned. If you have any questions about this then please ask.
As clinicians we are required to wear personal protective equipment for every session, this includes a mask, gloves and an apron. This is because the majority of our session is conducted within the 2m social distancing bubble. We also have a duty of care to inform you if we are suffering with any symptoms or start to show any since seeing you. If this happens we will contact you
